I got here a double trouble. I am in Germany since 2 weeks ago and I don't have internet yet.

Then, I don't know what is my customer number, therefore I cannot call the hotline or register on their website.
With a bonus, I tried the email, no one answers. I try social media, same. Now I am trying here...
Does anyone knows how to know the customer number and solve the question of the shippment?
