No internet service provisioned on the line

1. I had booked my product way long ago and the contract duration was mentioned as 20th February, I can see that today on 28th February there is no internet access which is activated on the line. I tried calling the customer care but they only speak German.

2. Unitymedia has not been able to deliver me my router. It has already failed once and now they do not even know when the router will be shipped again to my address.

3. I have a unitymedia router which my previous owner has left In the house, can i use the old router if internet access is provisioned on the line ?

As a customer I have been very disappointed with the service unitymedia has provided me till now. I already question myself if it was a good decision choosing unitymedia. If anyone who has faced similar issues and have been able to resolve them, please let me know about it.

I called on the number you had provided me with. The response was new service cannot be activated unless I have the router delivered at my home.
When asked about the delivery date, unitymedia does not have any information when it will be delivered.
I booked your product on 27th of January and you as a company are not able to deliver me the router till now and still have no idea when it is going to be delivered. This is not the service I was expecting from the company.
