Internet stucks every 15 min

Hello,
I have an issue with internet connection provided by Unitymedia through 3 play package and Horizon HD recorder. Internet via LAN and WLAN is enabled only short period of time and then stuck. After Horizon is rebooted it works properly several minutes and then internet stuck again. TV works properly all the time.
Specifically saying it looks like the following:
- initial self-Installation with native wizard was successful
- none of the out of box settings was changed
- there were experiments with the only one and with many customers (laptop / phone / tablet) connected to the router simultaneously
- I tried even to use other wi-fi router (Apple Capsule) connected to the Horizont when the Horizon functions only in bridge mode between the socket and Apple Capsule, but the problem is the same... only several minutes availability
Kindly advice how can it be and what can you recommend?

I think the connection is faulty.

Thanks a lot! This weekend service-men came and fixed the issue. They identified two problems: with cable from socket to Horizon and with end point on Unitymedia side. Thus they substituted that cable and switched to another end point. Looks like the issue has gone. It has been running stable internet connection for the last two days.
