I can't speak german
I need help, I ordered internet from unity over a week ago and I have received my router but a technician was not booked or sent out to install it. I was told the €90 I paid was for internet, a router and the installation fee. I have been trying to contact your hotline to speak to someone in english to help me, like I did the first time I called your hotline. I also sent multiple messages on the website with no response or callback. My problem is I was not sent the "push-on-adapter" which is needed for my apartment. Is there a way to contact someone who speaks english or called back? Also attached is a photo of my wall connection. I need any sort of help. Thank you for your time.
