How to get IPv4 rather than DSLite

My apologies for writing this in English. I realise there are many threads on the IPv4 / IPv6 debate, but I have not been able to track down a Unitmedia solution (if one exists).
I have discovered that at my last apartment I had an IPv4 connection. At my new apartment it is a DSLite connection. Everything works fine except for the VPN associated with my employer.
I can not change the work VPN (it is a multinational company) and I can not change or load any software on to the work PC. My hands are really tied!
My company is saying that I probably need to get a new internet service provider who will guarantee an IPv4 connection unless I can get an IPv4 connection from Unitymedia.
I went into one of the unitymedia stores today to enquire what to do and I got a huge sales pitch saying firstly that I needed 120mb (no I don't - a faster connection will not improve anything) he then spoke to a technical person and said that that if I got a horizon box and spent an additional 40 Euros a month on 120mb, maxdome etc etc (services I don't need or want) all would be fixed. My trust levels with Unitymedia right now are not high.
Has anyone managed to get an IPv4 connection from Unitymedia and if so how much did it cost and what did you ask for.
I currently have a simple 2play 20mb service (which is plenty fast enough - the old apartment was only 10mb) and Kabel TV.
Any assistance would be really appreciated.

In the past it was an option to get an Horizon Box for IPv4 only connections.
But the new version of the Horizon Box is able to connect via DS-Lite.
So the store told you a lie.

You could only try to ask the hotline a hundreds of times for an IPv4 connection and explain them why you need it.
This could take you some time and it could be that you wont success ...

Cheers

Ask your "multinational company" to upgrade to IPv6. It should be easier for you and for your company.
It is not impossible to use IPv6 for VPNs. It has just to be done. (e.g. my employer uses Cisco AnyConnect with IPv6 without problems).
