I ordered internet from unitymedia in the end of August. In the middle of September I received the router, but unfortunately this did not work. A technician came to check and it appears that the signal is too weak. They will come and put a new cable. In a couple of weeks the internet should work.
However, I already received (and paid because it was due) the first bill without having internet. Will I get a refund for the time I could not use the internet (likely about two months)?
