Contract end noticed 3 times still charging me money

Hello all,
I have already moved to UK and I notified Unitymedia like 4 months ago (12/2017) then they asked me to send the de-registration notice, I provided them already on 02.03.2018 via email and post both. They cannot give me service here. But, they are still charging my bank account. Can anyone suggest me how to deal with this situation?

Contact the customer service, only there you can be helped. The best way to do this is using the chat at www.unitymedia.de/kontakt. Just scroll down to "Chatten Sie mit uns", there you can also get help in English. That's not necessarily the case with the hotline.
However, it is the case that you have a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month, if you move to a non-served area, so your contract ends on 31.03.2018, if your termination after 30.11.2017 at Unitymedia is received.
