Hello,

I am a new customer.
Actually, I just made my registration at the Kiosk in a store near Konstablerwache station in Frankfurt.
The thing is, the seller told me that the company would call me to schedule the visit of the technician at my place. It was on Saturday, and today is already Monday and nobody called me.

I tried to call to the +49022146619100 but it's only in German.

I would like to know if there is a way to contact the company in English.

It will last up to a week until there is a call from the technician. If you need support in english, use the chat on http://www.unitymedia.de/services/kontakt/
At the hotline there is not always an enlish speaking agent, because the contract and support language is german.

I know the official language is English and I would love to be able to speak German But I just know how to say good morning, ask for a wheat beer, and say excuse me. 

Thank you for the tip of using the chat. It's interesting that many companies have this chat channel and it's like you said, it's guaranteed that I will be able to use English.
