Unitymedia blocking

Dear Unitymedia,
So far I was satisfied with the services from you but the last accident made me extremely angry.
What is the problem? - I can't call my mother in Bulgaria from Unitymedia but it works from Telekom
Resolving the problem? - Still in progress
- Call to Unitymedia - reboot the router, reboot the phone - didn't solve the problem
- Call to Unitymedia - reset your router and if it doesn't work we will send a technician and most likely the router will be changed - I asked if the problem is with the routing between the Unitymedia and the provider in BG and surprisingly nobody could answer it but a technician will come???
- Nobody from Unitymedia told me that actually they are working with ABM to solving the problem
- I receive the call from ABM that they will send a technician - I told them that this could be done on Friday but they wanted to send a technician as soon as possible because this is an accident (???? or because they want to close the issue).
- InPlace - so the technician came, he found that the spliter is actually forbidden to use but it was present by us and he changed it (I think that this is also important for other customers of UnityMedia) After another conversation between the technician and Unitymedia support it appeared that the problem is not with the connection or the router and it will be further investigated. So, it was total waste of time for me. 😡
- Call with Unitymedia - I spoke with a guy and he explained to me that the problem is by Unitymedia.
What is the problem?
- It looks like that some phone numbers with the same prefix were reported for phone frauds. Ok, Unitymedia wants to protect their customers but Unitymedia actually blocked an entire range of phone numbers. So what is actually happening, is that my mother phone number and the phone number of my ISP are listed as fraud. Well done Unitymedia. Now because someone from Your side didn't do his/her job properly or the software You are using is not good enough, You are actually classifying my mother and my ISP as criminals.
Now, estimate time to resolving this problem from Unitymedia is unknown, but I will wait till Monday and if I can't call my mother and my ISP, I will report this problem to the ISP and the phone provider of my mother. I'm sure that they will be very happy to hear that they've been listed as a criminals and I will make an additional complain here in Germany.

I know. I just wanted to share my "experience" with the community and give information. 

- if Unitymedia doesn't care of the community - fine. 
- if people don't care of their splitter and their devices - it is fine as well - my device is now protected.
