Shipping and customer number trouble

Hello dear friends,

I got here a double trouble. I am in Germany since 2 weeks ago and I don't have internet yet.

In first, the post from dhl hasn't even arrived, you can check it here (https://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/search?LANG=DE&zip=48149&idc=00340434137004274158).

Then, I don't know what is my customer number, therefore I cannot call the hotline or register on their website.

With a bonus, I tried the email, no one answers. I try social media, same. Now I am trying here...

Does anyone knows how to know the customer number and solve the question of the shippment?

I recommend you to contact the DHL support to clarify where your shipment actually is stored. They’ll help you.

Your customer number you can find on the order confirmation you became postal. Otherwise the support will answer your contacts immediately. Please have a little patience.

When I contact DHL, they say I should contact Unitymedia.

I cannot find it in any email either from both companies, maybe do you have any example of a customer number?? I have a friend who also had not a customer number and they had to give her one... Several others don't have it yet, so this is not an unique case.

I had patience for 2 weeks and I am asking for help.

Where did you get the parcel number from? If it is out of the Online Customer Service, you'll find your Customer Number there, too.
