Correction on Invoice

I am new customer and open a contract with no-initial costs promotion, however in my first invoice, initial cost were added (Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable U)

Additionally, the technician visit was on April 22nd, which It was the first day I have Internet connection, but the invoice is charging sevice since 13rd April.

I request to correct the amounts and in case, to reimburse if they were already charged.
