Cable modem connection at home

Dear Unitymedia users

I signed up for an internet connection on unitymedia, package 2Play JUMP 120 (Neukunden). I received cable modem at my address, and now I'm waiting technician to come and connect it?
As I said, I'm a new customer, and need tehnician to came to my apartment to pull cable in. I called unitymedia, noone answered, I write an email to them, noone answered. What should I do? It has passed over a mont since I signed up for an internet, I paid first bill and connection fee.

If there is a junction box in your rooms no technician is needed.
Just follow the instructions.

Try the chat option to reach support - if still needed.

No there is no junktion box at my apartment thats why I need technician. Really thank you for your reply. How and where can I find chat?

If no chat window ist availible withing 10 minutes, so try to call by phone (longer waiting times).
