Support with modernizing connection/ new connection from basement to house

Hi All,


I had ordered a new Unity Media connection in 1st week of September'19, after checking from the kiosk that I live in supports this connection. I have a problem now:

 

Today (9th September '19) I had a technician from Unity media to support with the installation of the new device. He discovered that I live in support almost internet, but there is no wire connection from the basement to the house. A new wire connection needs to be setup from the basement to the house. I would like to know how long does this step take. Can I expect to receive this activity this week (within 2-3 working days)? I am not very fluent with German - and it is difficult for me to have a detailed conversation in English.


I was supposed to have the new Internet connection since 1st week of Sept. I am in need of internet for work, and every day of delay in internet connection setup is getting difficult to handle.


Any kind of information would be helpful.

Normally, the technician would have had to put the cable on the wall immediately. Usually, every technician has the required material in the vehicle.



However, if it is a longer installation, it may happen that the technician has to cancel the deployment and make a new appointment. Ask for the best customer service.

I am still waiting for the customer service to get back to me for an new appointment. Do you know how I can reach out to the English customer support & how I can fasten this process?
