Support with modernizing connection/ new connection from basement to house
I had ordered a new Unity Media connection in 1st week of September'19, after checking from the kiosk that I live in supports this connection. I have a problem now:
Today (9th September '19) I had a technician from Unity media to support with the installation of the new device. He discovered that I live in support almost internet, but there is no wire connection from the basement to the house. A new wire connection needs to be setup from the basement to the house. I would like to know how long does this step take. Can I expect to receive this activity this week (within 2-3 working days)? I am not very fluent with German - and it is difficult for me to have a detailed conversation in English.
I was supposed to have the new Internet connection since 1st week of Sept. I am in need of internet for work, and every day of delay in internet connection setup is getting difficult to handle.
Any kind of information would be helpful.
