2 Months without the Internet / Tele Union horrible experience

Hello,

sorry but this is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting over 2 MONTHS for my internet from you guys. I’ve ordered 2play FLY 400 Mbit Internet with the free tablet - the technician was here and he told me that he is not able to connect my internet and he will send another technician. And guess what? No one ever come! I was calling/writing the TELE-UNION at least 3 times and they have ignored me! What is this service? Also, where is my "free" tablet? I’m so anxious and nervous right now. You’ve told me that my internet with the tablet would be ready 7 days after the order and it’s been 2 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAPPEND!

Please, start doing something this is unbelievable!!! I'm not going to post my customer number because it's a public forum but please send me any email or anything where i can send you my private informations to start solving this non-sens.

Hi,

thank you for your prompt reply. I was trying to contact Unity Media via email - i've got the reponse "Contact the Tele Union"

Also, I've contacted the Unity Media via the facebook and they told me "It's not their platform for offering the customer support".

So after all this, I'll give it a shot and try it here. Nevermind, i hope someday I'll get the internet from Unity Media - but this is unbelievable.

Not Unitymedia on Facebook  - this is an entertainment channel.
